Most recently in 2017 Dale has been certified with both Masters of Balayage and Business of Balayage. Though his talents accomplish a variety of services and styles, his passion is with cutting.
From floppy fringe to luscious layers, Dale’s cutting skills will leave both your hair and jaw on the floor.
